Step 4: AIME
AIME cut-off has been updated. Please follow the instructions below to take AIME I at Rutgers. Exact location will be either at Rutgers campus or a local library in Greater Princeton. (AIME II is not offered for the moment. Email stemcourses.online@gmail.com if you have a genuine conflict of schedule.)
AIME Change of Venue Form
Important Notice From MAA
Students who qualified for the AIME must take the AIME I or AIME II at the institution where they took the AMC 10/12. A student may only take the AIME I or AIME II at a different location if the institution where they qualified is unable to host either AIME I or AIME II.
AIME I or II Registration: https://forms.gle/Nc1FBhdRBPXQAK278
The AIME I must be given on Feb. 5, 2026 from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET. Registration
The AIME II must be given on Feb. 11, 2026 from 1:30pm to 5:30pm.
Please read the following before registration
If you are qualified for AIME at two different sites, you may take AIME at either site.
AIME change of venue: Per MAA policy, in principle, a student cannot change of venue since it will involve four-way communications (Student, two sites, and MAA) and quite a bit paperworks. Under extraordinary situations, e.g., the student moves out of state or country, parents may find a local site to host the student and email me at stemcourses.online@gmail.com to request for change of venue.
If you are going to take AIMEs at Rutgers, please choose AIME I whenever possible.
If you must take AIME II instead of AIME I, please register and email me before 01/20/2026, I need to communicate with MAA to confirm. (Not guaranteed, though there shouldn't be an issue from my past experience.)
One can take only one of AIME I or II, NOT both.
